Initial Full Inspection Includes:
- Assessment and Inspection: The pest control technician will conduct a thorough assessment of the property to identify the type and extent of pest infestation. They will look for signs of pest activity, such as droppings, nests, gnaw marks, and entry points.
- Identification of Pests: Based on their findings, the technician will identify the specific pests present on the property. This could include insects like ants, spiders, as well as rodents like mice or rats.
- Consultation with the Client: The technician will discuss their findings with the client, explaining the type of pests, the severity of the infestation, and any potential risks associated with it. They will also answer any questions the client may have and provide information about the treatment options available.
- Development of a Treatment Plan: After understanding the scope of the problem and the client's concerns, the pest control company will develop a customized treatment plan. This plan may include the use of chemical pesticides, baits, traps, exclusion techniques, or a combination of methods, depending on the nature of the infestation and the client's preferences. We do offer one exterior rodent bait station on all quarterly contracts.
- Implementation of Treatment: Once the treatment plan is approved by the client, the technician will proceed with implementing the necessary treatments. This may involve applying pesticides to affected areas, setting up traps or baits, sealing entry points to prevent pests from entering the property, or other targeted measures.
- Education and Prevention: Throughout the process, your technician will educate you on proper sanitation practices, pest prevention tips, and ways to minimize future infestations. This may include advice on storing food properly, sealing cracks and crevices, maintaining a clean environment, and addressing any moisture issues that can attract pests.
